As part of our 5-year strategic plan, Housing Alexandria made a goal to go beyond unit creation as a community development. As part of that goal ,we aimed to establish an in-house property management team to ensure that our mission and values were being followed and executed at all points.
In 2025, Housing Alexandria began its property management company at our properties The Bloom and The Station. Efficient and effective
property management will guarantee both Housing Alexandria’s culture and commitment to residents permeates the organization’s operations.
