Housing Alexandria is incredibly proud to announce that Isabel Sperry, our Regional Resident Engagement Team Lead, will be featured in this year’s 40 Under 40 with the Alexandria Chamber of Commerce! Isabel is being recognized for their impact in shaping Alexandria through their work on eviction prevention and leadership of Housing Alexandria’s leasing efforts.
Isabel has been part of the Resident Services team at Housing Alexandria since 2021. They oversee programming for current and prospective residents and homeowners. In particular, Isabel has played a key role in developing the Rent Ready program, which supports Alexandria residents in accessing quality, affordable housing. In 2025, Isabel began leading our leasing efforts and now oversees a team of seven team members.
They are deeply committed to improving productivity and efficiency within the nonprofit sector by focusing on research, streamlined operations, and comprehensive evaluation. Isabel collaborates closely with all departments to ensure standardized data collection that leads to meaningful outcomes.
In addition to their work at Housing Alexandria, Isabel is actively engaged in the Alexandria community, co-leading the Eviction Prevention Taskforce, a group of over 40 members dedicated to addressing housing instability.
