Four More at Potomac Yard! The developers of the Potomac Yard project are also conveying title to four condominium units in Landbay H to the City of Alexandria as a voluntary affordable housing contribution. These four units will be transferred to AHDC and rented as affordable housing. The units are two-bedroom, 1,000 square-foot, multifamily condominium units located on the second and third floors of the mixed-use retail and residential building designated Building E on the development plan for the project. Four to eight parking spaces, assigned to the units, located in the underground parking garage will also be included.
